Hi I’m Rosie, a health and fitness expert with international experience
as a wellness coach, personal trainer, and yoga instructor.
I am a Canadian, born in Thailand, and spent most of my childhood living in Thailand, Nepal and Bangladesh. From 2013 to early 2016 I lived in Chiang Mai, Thailand and traveled the world modeling for luxury hotels, high-end designers, and health and fitness brands.
For the last 10 years I have also worked in Wellness and Adult Training and Development in Canada and Thailand, and I am a ACE CPT Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, and a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 certified instructor.
Experiencing the lifestyle of many different cultures has influenced how I approach health and wellness. Seeing how people live, eat, and thrive has given me a diversity of tools to help you to create sustainable change in your life.
Where am I now?
Currently living in Toronto, Canada as a certified health and wellness coach, my passion is helping high performing professionals, driven entrepreneurs, and busy parents to take back control of their health. I help clients to cut through the overwhelm and make changes to their health by creating lifestyle habits.
