#3 Do a 10-minute low-impact workout to get your blood flowing and motivation pumping through your veins.
Barre3 and Daily Burn are great online resources for short workouts that are much more affordable than a gym membership. The best workout is always and will forever be the ONE THAT YOU DO. So find something that you enjoy and will stick to.
